2. About following her
Second of all, you should follow Jessalyn on instagram (@_jessalyngrace_) and try to like and comment in all of her posts (commenting is optional, if you like all Jessa's post she'll see your username at her notifications, and that you liked her posts and she'll follow you mabye or like one of your posts!
3. About posts
Third of all, you should learn how to edit! If you post more edits, Jessalyn will be more interest with your account and like more (i mean that she'll like your posts a lot) Also, try to make more intresting edits for more followers and likes!
